갈라디아서 6장

1 형제들아, 만일 어떤 사람이 잘못에 빠진다면, 영적인 너희는 그러한 자를 온유의 영 안에서 회복시키라. 또한 너 자신을 숙고하여 너도 시험에 들지 아니하게 하라.

1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

2 너희는 서로의 짐들을 지라. 그리고 그렇게 하여 그리스도의 법을 이루라.

2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

3 이는 만일 어떤 사람이 자신이 아무것도 아닌데도 스스로를 무언가 되는 줄로 생각한다면 그는 스스로를 속이는 것이기 때문이라.

3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.

4 다만 모든 사람은 저마다 자기 자신의 일을 입증하게 하라. 그러면 그는 다른 이 안에서가 아니라, 자기 안에서만 기쁨을 갖게 되리라.

4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.

5 이는 모든 사람이 저마다 자기 자신의 짐을 져야 하기 때문이라.

5 For every man shall bear his own burden.

6 말씀으로 가르침을 받는 자는 가르치는 자와 모든 좋은 것들을 나눌지니라.

6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.

7 속지 말라. 하나님께서는 농락당하지 아니하시느니라. 이는 사람이 무엇을 뿌리든지 그가 그것 또한 거둘 것이기 때문이라.

7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

8 이는 자신의 육신에 뿌리는 자는 육신으로부터 썩는 것을 거두기 때문이라. 그러나 성령께 뿌리는 자는 성령께로부터 영원한 생명을 거두리라.

8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

9 그런즉 우리가 잘 행하는 가운데 지치지 말자. 만일 우리가 기진하지 아니하면 적합한 시기에 우리가 거둘 것이기 때문이라.

9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

10 그러므로 우리에게 기회가 있는 대로 모든 사람들에게, 특히 믿음의 집안에 속한 자들에게 우리가 선을 행하자.

10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

11 내가 너희에게 나의 손으로 직접 쓴 편지가 얼마나 긴지 너희가 아는도다.

11 Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand.

12 육신 안에서 그럴듯하게 보이고자 열망하는 자들은 다 너희에게 할례를 받도록 강권하니, 오직 그들이 그리스도의 십자가로 인하여 박해를 당하지 아니하려 함이라.

12 As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.

13 이는 할례받은 자들 스스로도 율법을 지키지 않으면서 오히려 너희로 하여금 할례받게 하기를 열망하기 때문이니, 그들은 너희의 육신을 자랑하려는 것이라.

13 For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh.

14 그러나 내가 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 십자가 외에 무언가 자랑하는 것을 하나님께서 금하시기를 바라노라. 그분으로 말미암아 세상이 나에게 십자가에 못 박히며, 나도 세상에게 그러하니라.

14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

15 이는 그리스도 예수 안에서 할례든 무할례든 어떤 것도 효력이 없으며 오직 새로운 창조물만 효력이 있기 때문이라.

15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

16 그리고 이 법칙을 따라 살아가는 자들마다 평안과 자비가 그들 위와 하나님의 이스라엘 위에 있기를 기원하노라.

16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.

17 이제부터 아무도 나를 괴롭게 하지 말라. 이는 내가 주 예수의 표들을 내 몸에 지니고 있기 때문이라.

17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.

18 형제들아, 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 은혜가 너희의 영과 함께 있기를 기원하노라. 아멘.

18 Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.
