레위기 27장

1 그리고 주께서 모세에게 이같이 일러 말씀하셨느니라.

1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

2 “이스라엘 자녀들에게 일러 그들에게 이같이 말하라. ‘어떤 남자가 각별한 서원을 하였을 때 개개인들은 너의 감정액대로 주를 위하여 드릴지니라.

2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.

3 그런즉 너의 감정액, 곧 이십 세 이상부터 육십 세까지의 남성에 대한 너의 감정액은 성소의 셰켈을 따라 은 오십 셰켈이 되어야 하리라.

3 And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

4 그리고 만일 여성이면 그때 너의 감정액은 삼십 셰켈이 되어야 하리라.

4 And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

5 그리고 만일 오 세부터 이십 세까지면 그때 너의 감정액이 남성에게는 이십 셰켈, 여성에게는 십 셰켈이 되어야 하리라.

5 And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

6 그리고 만일 생후 일 개월에서 오 세까지면 그때 너의 감정액이 남성에게는 은 오 셰켈이 되어야 하며, 너의 감정액이 여성에게는 은 삼 셰켈이 되어야 하리라.

6 And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

7 그리고 만일 육십 세부터 그 이상인 남성이라면 그때 너의 감정액은 십오 셰켈이 되어야 하며, 여성에게는 십 셰켈이 되어야 하리라.

7 And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

8 그러나 만일 그가 가난하여 너의 감정액보다 가진 것이 적으면 그때 그는 제사장 앞에 스스로를 제시하고 제사장은 그의 값을 매길지니라. 서원한 자의 재량에 따라 제사장은 그의 값을 매길지니라.

8 But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.

9 그리고 만일 짐승이고 그것을 사람들이 주께 제물로 가져오는 것이라면, 어떤 사람이든 주께 드리는 그러한 것은 모두 거룩하리라.

9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

10 그는 그것을 대체하지 말고, 그것을 바꾸어 나쁜 것을 좋은 것으로 대신하거나 좋은 것을 나쁜 것으로 대신하지도 말지니라. 그리고 만일 그가 아예 짐승을 짐승으로 바꾼다면 그때는 그것도, 그것을 교환한 것도 거룩하리라.

10 He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.

11 그리고 그것이 만일 어떤 불결한 짐승이어서 주께 희생 제물로 바치지 않는 것에 속한다면 그때 그는 그 짐승을 제사장 앞에 제시할지니라.

11 And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:

12 그리하면 제사장은 그것이 좋든지 나쁘든지 그것의 값을 매길지니, 제사장인 네가 그것의 값을 매기는 대로 그것이 그렇게 되리라.

12 And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.

13 그러나 만일 그가 그것을 아예 구속하려 한다면 그때 그는 너의 감정액에서 그것의 오분의 일을 더할지니라.

13 But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

14 ¶ 그리고 어떤 남자가 주께 거룩하게 하려고 자기 집을 성결하게 구별하면 그때 제사장은 그것이 좋든지 나쁘든지 그것을 감정할지니라. 제사장이 그것을 감정하는 대로 그것이 그렇게 유효하리라.

14 ¶ And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

15 그리고 만일 그것을 성결하게 구별한 자가 자기 집을 구속하려 한다면 그때 그는 너의 감정액의 오분의 일을 거기에다 더할지니라. 그리하면 그것은 그의 것이 되리라.

15 And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

16 그리고 만일 어떤 남자가 자기 소유의 밭에서 일부분을 주께 성결하게 구별한다면, 그때 너의 감정액은 그것의 씨에 따라 결정되리라. 보리 씨 한 호멜은 은 오십 셰켈로 매겨지리라.

16 And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

17 만일 그가 희년에 속한 해부터 자기 밭을 성결하게 구별한다면 너의 감정액에 따라 그것이 유효하리라.

17 If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

18 그러나 만일 그가 희년 이후에 자기 밭을 성결하게 구별한다면 그때 제사장은 희년에 속한 해까지 남아 있는 해들에 따라 그에게 대금을 결산해 줄지니라. 그런 다음에 그것이 너의 감정액에서 감해져야 하리라.

18 But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.

19 그리고 만일 밭을 성결하게 구별한 자가 어찌하든지 그것을 구속하고자 한다면 그때 그는 네가 감정한 금액의 오분의 일을 거기에다 더할지니라. 그리하면 그것이 그에게 확실해지리라.

19 And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

20 그리고 만일 그가 그 밭을 구속하려 하지 않거나 그가 다른 사람에게 그 밭을 팔았다면 그것은 더 이상 구속될 수 없으리라.

20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

21 그러나 희년에 그것이 나가는 때 그 밭은 전적으로 바쳐진 밭과 같이 주께 거룩하리라. 그곳의 소유는 제사장의 것이 되리라.

21 But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

22 그리고 만일 어떤 남자가 주께 자신이 매입한 밭을 성결하게 구별하는데 그곳이 그의 소유의 밭들에 속하지 아니한다면,

22 And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;

23 그때 제사장은 희년에 속한 해까지 너의 감정액의 가치를 그에게 결산해 줄지니, 그는 그날에 너의 감정액을 거룩한 것으로 주께 드릴지니라.

23 Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.

24 희년에 속한 해에 그 밭은 그것을 판 자, 곧 그 토지의 소유권이 속해 있는 자에게 되돌아가리라.

24 In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.

25 그리고 너의 모든 감정액들은 성소의 셰켈을 따를지니, 이십 게라가 성소의 일 셰켈이 되리라.

25 And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

26 ¶ 단, 짐승들의 첫배 새끼는 주의 첫배 새끼가 되어야 하리니, 아무도 그것을 성결하게 구별하지 말지니라. 그것이 소든지 양이든지 그것은 주의 것이라.

26 ¶ Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD'S firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD'S.

27 그리고 만일 그것이 불결한 짐승에 속한다면, 그때 그는 너의 감정액에 따라 그것을 구속할지니, 그것의 오분의 일을 거기에다 더할지니라. 혹은 만일 그것이 구속되지 아니한다면 그때 그것은 너의 감정액에 따라 매각되어야 하리라.

27 And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

28 그럼에도 불구하고 어떤 남자가 자신이 가진 전부를 주께 전적으로 바치는 봉납물은, 사람에 속하든지 짐승에 속하든지 자기 소유의 밭에 속하든지 간에 매각되거나 구속되지 못하리라. 모든 봉납물마다 주께 지극히 거룩하니라.

28 Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.

29 전적으로 바쳐진 자, 곧 사람들 중에서 전적으로 바쳐진 자는 아무도 구속될 수 없나니, 도리어 반드시 사형에 처해져야 하느니라.

29 None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.

30 그리고 토지의 십일조는 토지의 씨든지 나무의 열매든지 모두 주의 것이라. 그것은 주께 거룩하니라.

30 And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD'S: it is holy unto the LORD.

31 그리고 만일 어떤 남자가 조금이라도 자기 십일조들 중에서 어떤 것을 구속하려고 한다면 그는 그것의 오분의 일을 거기에다 더할지니라.

31 And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

32 그리고 소 떼의 십일조나 양 떼의 십일조에 관해서, 곧 무엇이나 막대기 아래로 지나가는 것 중에서 열 번째는 주께 거룩하게 되리라.

32 And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.

33 그는 그것이 좋은지 나쁜지 찾아보지 말며, 그는 그것을 바꾸지도 말지니라. 그런데 만일 그가 그것을 아예 바꾼다면, 그때는 그것과 그것을 바꾼 것이 둘 다 거룩하게 되리라. 그것은 구속될 수 없느니라.’”

33 He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

34 이것들이 주께서 이스라엘 자녀들을 위하여 시나이산 속에서 모세에게 명령하신 명령들이라.

34 These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
