요한계시록 19장

1 그리고 이 일들이 있은 후에 내가 하늘에 있는 많은 백성의 커다란 음성을 들었으니 이같이 말하였더라. “할렐루야. 구원과 영광과 존귀와 권능이 주 우리 하나님께 있기를 바라노라.

1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

2 이는 그분의 심판들이 진실하고 의롭기 때문이요, 자신의 음행으로 땅을 부패시킨 그 큰 음녀를 그분께서 심판하시고, 그분의 종들의 피에 관하여 그녀의 손에 복수하셨기 때문이라.”

2 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

3 그리고 다시금 그들이 말하기를, “할렐루야.” 하였더라. 그리고 그녀의 연기가 영원무궁토록 위로 올라갔더라.

3 And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.

4 그리고 스물네 장로와 네 짐승들이 그 보좌 위에 앉으신 하나님께 엎드려 경배하며 말씀드리기를, “아멘. 할렐루야.” 하였더라.

4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.

5 그리고 한 음성이 그 보좌로부터 나와서 말하기를, “너희, 그분의 모든 종들아, 그리고 그분을 두려워하는 너희들아, 작은 자와 큰 자 모두 우리 하나님을 찬송하라.” 하였더라.

5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.

6 그리고 내가 수많은 무리의 음성 같은 것을 들었는데 많은 물들의 음성 같았으며 막강한 천둥들의 음성 같았으니 이같이 말하였더라. “할렐루야. 이는 전능하신 주 하나님께서 통치하시기 때문이라.

6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

7 우리가 반가워하고 크게 기뻐하며 그분께 존귀를 돌리자. 이는 어린양의 혼인 잔치가 이르렀고 그분의 아내가 그녀 자신을 준비하였기 때문이라.

7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

8 그리고 그녀가 정결하고 희고 고운 아마포로 차려입혀지도록 그녀에게 허락되었도다. 이는 고운 아마포가 성도들의 의이기 때문이라.”

8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

9 그리고 그가 나에게 말하기를, “‘어린양의 혼인 만찬으로 부르심을 받은 자들은 복되도다.’라고 기록하라.” 하니라. 그러고 나서 그가 나에게 말하기를, “이것들은 하나님께서 진실되이 하신 말씀들이라.” 하니라.

9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

10 그러자 내가 그를 경배하려고 그의 두 발 앞에 엎드렸더라. 이에 그가 나에게 말하기를, “네가 그리하지 않도록 주의하라. 나는 너의 동료 종이요, 예수님의 증언을 가진 너의 형제들에 속한 자라. 하나님께 경배하라. 이는 예수님의 증언은 예언의 영이기 때문이라.” 하였더라.

10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

11 그리고 내가 하늘이 열린 것을 보았더니, 보라, 흰 말 한 마리라. 또한 그 위에 타신 분은 신실하시고 진실하신 분이라 불렸으며, 그분께서는 의로 심판을 행하시고 전쟁을 하시느니라.

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

12 그분의 두 눈은 불의 화염 같았고 그분의 머리 위에는 많은 왕관들이 있었더라. 그리고 그분께는 기록된 한 이름이 있었는데 아무도 모르고 오직 그분 자신만이 아셨더라.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 그리고 그분께서 핏속에 담겼던 겉옷으로 옷 입혀지셨더라. 그리고 그분의 이름은 하나님의 말씀이라 불리시니라.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

14 이어서 하늘에 있는 군사들이 흰 말들을 타고 그분을 따랐는데 희고 정결한 고운 아마포로 옷 입혀졌더라.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

15 또 그분의 입에서 예리한 검 하나가 나왔는데 그분께서 그것으로 민족들을 치려 하심이라. 그리고 그분께서 철장으로 그들을 다스리시리라. 또한 그분께서 전능하신 하나님의 맹렬함과 진노의 포도즙 틀을 밟으시니라.

15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

16 그리고 그분께서는 자신의 겉옷 위와 자신의 넓적다리 위에 “만왕의 왕이요, 만주의 주”라고 기록된 한 이름을 가지고 계시느니라.

16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

17 그리고 천사가 해 안에 서 있는 것을 내가 보았더라. 그리고 그가 큰 목소리로 외치며 하늘 한가운데를 날아다니는 모든 날짐승들에게 이같이 말하였더라. “위대하신 하나님의 만찬으로 와서 너희 스스로 함께 모이라.

17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;

18 이는 왕들의 살과 대장들의 살과 막강한 남자들의 살과 말들의 살과 그들 위에 앉은 자들의 살과 모든 사람들의 살을 먹되, 자유로운 자와 속박된 자 모두와 작은 자와 큰 자 모두를 너희로 하여금 먹게 하려 함이라.”

18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.

19 그리고 그 짐승과 땅의 왕들과 그들의 군사들이 그 말 위에 앉으신 분과 그분의 군사를 대적하여 전쟁하려고 함께 모인 것을 내가 보았더라.

19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.

20 그리하여 그 짐승이 잡혔고 그 앞에서 기적들을 일으키던 그 거짓 예언자도 그와 함께 잡혔으니, 그가 기적들로 그 짐승의 표를 받은 자들과 그의 형상에 경배하던 자들을 속였더라. 이 둘이 유황으로 타오르는 불의 호수 속에 산 채로 던져졌더라.

20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

21 그리고 남은 자들이 말 위에 타신 분의 검으로 살해되었는데, 그 검은 그분의 입에서 나왔더라. 그리하여 모든 날짐승들이 그들의 살로 배가 채워졌더라.

21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.
