출애굽기 40장
1 그리고 주께서 모세에게 이같이 일러 말씀하셨느니라.
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2 “너는 첫째 달, 일 일에 회중의 천막의 성막을 설치할지니라.
2 On the first day of the first month shalt thou set up the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.
3 그리고 너는 그 안에 증언의 법궤를 놓고 휘장으로 법궤를 가릴지니라.
3 And thou shalt put therein the ark of the testimony, and cover the ark with the vail.
4 그리고 너는 식탁을 안으로 들여놓고 그것 위에 정렬되어야 하는 것들을 정렬해 놓을지니라. 그리고 너는 등잔대를 안으로 들여놓고 그것의 등잔들을 밝힐지니라.
4 And thou shalt bring in the table, and set in order the things that are to be set in order upon it; and thou shalt bring in the candlestick, and light the lamps thereof.
5 그리고 너는 분향을 위한 금 제단을 증언의 법궤 앞에 배치하고 성막 문에 거는 천을 달지니라.
5 And thou shalt set the altar of gold for the incense before the ark of the testimony, and put the hanging of the door to the tabernacle.
6 그리고 너는 번제물의 제단을 회중의 천막의 성막 문 앞에 배치할지니라.
6 And thou shalt set the altar of the burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.
7 그리고 너는 회중의 천막과 제단 사이에 물두멍을 배치할 것이요, 그 안에 물을 담을지니라.
7 And thou shalt set the laver between the tent of the congregation and the altar, and shalt put water therein.
8 그리고 너는 돌아가며 뜰을 설치하고 뜰 대문에 거는 천을 걸어 놓을지니라.
8 And thou shalt set up the court round about, and hang up the hanging at the court gate.
9 그리고 너는 기름 부음에 사용하는 기름을 취하여 성막과 그 안에 있는 모든 것에 기름을 부을지니, 그것과 그것의 모든 기물들을 거룩하게 할지니라. 그리하면 그것이 거룩하게 되리라.
9 And thou shalt take the anointing oil, and anoint the tabernacle, and all that is therein, and shalt hallow it, and all the vessels thereof: and it shall be holy.
10 그리고 너는 번제물의 제단과 그의 모든 기물들에 기름을 부어 제단을 성결하게 구별할지니라. 그리하면 그것이 지극히 거룩한 제단이 되리라.
10 And thou shalt anoint the altar of the burnt offering, and all his vessels, and sanctify the altar: and it shall be an altar most holy.
11 그리고 너는 물두멍과 그의 발에 기름을 부어서 그것을 성결하게 구별할지니라.
11 And thou shalt anoint the laver and his foot, and sanctify it.
12 그리고 너는 아론과 그의 아들들을 회중의 성막 문으로 데려와서 그들을 물로 씻길지니라.
12 And thou shalt bring Aaron and his sons unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and wash them with water.
13 그리고 너는 아론 위에 거룩한 의복들을 입히고 그에게 기름을 부어서 그를 성결하게 구별할지니, 그로 하여금 제사장직으로 나를 섬기게 하려 함이라.
13 And thou shalt put upon Aaron the holy garments, and anoint him, and sanctify him; that he may minister unto me in the priest's office.
14 그리고 너는 그의 아들들을 데려와서 그들을 웃옷들로 옷 입힐지니라.
14 And thou shalt bring his sons, and clothe them with coats:
15 그리고 네가 그들의 아버지에게 기름을 부은 것같이 너는 그들에게 기름을 부을지니, 그들로 하여금 제사장직으로 나를 섬기게 하려 함이라. 이는 그들의 기름 부음이 그들의 세대들에 걸쳐 반드시 영원한 제사장직이 될 것이기 때문이라.”
15 And thou shalt anoint them, as thou didst anoint their father, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office: for their anointing shall surely be an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.
16 모세가 이와 같이 실행하였으니, 주께서 그에게 명령하신 모든 것에 따라 그가 이처럼 실행하였더라.
16 Thus did Moses: according to all that the LORD commanded him, so did he.
17 ¶ 그리하여 둘째 해, 첫째 달, 그달 일 일에 이러한 일이 있었으니, 성막이 높이 세워졌더라.
17 ¶ And it came to pass in the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, that the tabernacle was reared up.
18 그런즉 모세가 성막을 세워 그의 장붓구멍들을 고정하고 그것의 판자들을 설치하며 그것의 가로대들을 끼우고 그의 기둥들을 높이 세웠더라.
18 And Moses reared up the tabernacle, and fastened his sockets, and set up the boards thereof, and put in the bars thereof, and reared up his pillars.
19 그리고 그는 성막 위에 천막을 넓게 펼치고 그것 위에 천막의 덮개로 덮었더라. 주께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였더라.
19 And he spread abroad the tent over the tabernacle, and put the covering of the tent above upon it; as the LORD commanded Moses.
20 ¶ 다음으로 그는 법궤 안에 증언 판을 넣고 법궤에 막대들을 배치하여 법궤 위에 자비의 자리를 두었더라.
20 ¶ And he took and put the testimony into the ark, and set the staves on the ark, and put the mercy seat above upon the ark:
21 그리고 그는 법궤를 성막 안에 들여놓고 덮는 휘장을 설치하여 증언의 법궤를 가렸더라. 주께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였더라.
21 And he brought the ark into the tabernacle, and set up the vail of the covering, and covered the ark of the testimony; as the LORD commanded Moses.
22 ¶ 다음으로 그는 회중의 천막 안에 식탁을 두되 성막의 북쪽 측면이자 휘장 바깥에 두었더라.
22 ¶ And he put the table in the tent of the congregation, upon the side of the tabernacle northward, without the vail.
23 그리고 그는 주 앞에 그 위에다 빵을 정렬시켰더라. 주께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였더라.
23 And he set the bread in order upon it before the LORD; as the LORD had commanded Moses.
24 ¶ 다음으로 그는 회중의 천막 안에 등잔대를 두되 식탁의 맞은편인 성막의 남쪽 측면에 두었더라.
24 ¶ And he put the candlestick in the tent of the congregation, over against the table, on the side of the tabernacle southward.
25 그리고 그는 주 앞에서 등잔들을 밝혔더라. 주께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였더라.
25 And he lighted the lamps before the LORD; as the LORD commanded Moses.
26 ¶ 다음으로 그는 금 제단을 회중의 천막 안에 있는 휘장 앞에 두었더라.
26 ¶ And he put the golden altar in the tent of the congregation before the vail:
27 그리고 그는 그 위에다 감미로운 향을 태웠더라. 주께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였더라.
27 And he burnt sweet incense thereon; as the LORD commanded Moses.
28 ¶ 다음으로 그는 성막 문에 거는 천을 설치하였더라.
28 ¶ And he set up the hanging at the door of the tabernacle.
29 그리고 그는 회중의 천막의 성막 문 옆에 번제물의 제단을 두어 그것 위에 번제물과 음식 제물을 바쳤더라. 주께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였더라.
29 And he put the altar of burnt offering by the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation, and offered upon it the burnt offering and the meat offering; as the LORD commanded Moses.
30 ¶ 다음으로 그는 회중의 천막과 제단 사이에 물두멍을 배치하였으니, 거기서 모두 씻도록 물을 담았더라.
30 ¶ And he set the laver between the tent of the congregation and the altar, and put water there, to wash withal.
31 그리고 모세와 아론과 그의 아들들이 거기서 그들의 손과 그들의 발을 씻었더라.
31 And Moses and Aaron and his sons washed their hands and their feet thereat:
32 그들이 회중의 천막 안으로 들어갈 때와 그들이 제단에 가까이 올 때 그들이 씻었더라. 주께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였더라.
32 When they went into the tent of the congregation, and when they came near unto the altar, they washed; as the LORD commanded Moses.
33 그리고 그는 성막과 제단 주위에 뜰을 높이 세워 뜰 대문에 거는 천을 설치하였더라. 그렇게 하여 모세가 작업을 완료하였더라.
33 And he reared up the court round about the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the hanging of the court gate. So Moses finished the work.
34 ¶ 그때 한 구름이 회중의 천막을 덮었으니, 주의 영광이 성막을 가득 채웠더라.
34 ¶ Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
35 그리하여 모세가 회중의 천막 안으로 진입할 수 없었으니, 그 구름이 그 위에 거하고 주의 영광이 성막을 가득 채운 까닭이라.
35 And Moses was not able to enter into the tent of the congregation, because the cloud abode thereon, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
36 그런즉 그 구름이 성막 위에서 위로 들릴 때면 이스라엘 자녀들이 그들의 모든 여정들 가운데 앞으로 나아갔더라.
36 And when the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward in all their journeys:
37 그러나 만일 그 구름이 위로 들리지 아니하면 그때는 그것이 위로 들리는 날까지 그들이 여정을 떠나지 아니하였더라.
37 But if the cloud were not taken up, then they journeyed not till the day that it was taken up.
38 이는 이스라엘 집 전체의 목전에서 그들의 여정들 내내 낮에는 주의 구름이 성막 위에 있고 밤에는 불이 그 위에 있었기 때문이더라.
38 For the cloud of the LORD was upon the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.
