이사야서 52장

1 깨어나라, 깨어나라. 오, 시온아, 너의 힘을 입으라. 오, 거룩한 도성 예루살렘아, 너의 아름다운 의복들을 입으라. 이는 앞으로 할례받지 아니한 자와 불결한 자가 더 이상 너에게 들어오지 아니할 것이기 때문이라.

1 Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.

2 스스로 티끌을 떨어 버리라. 오, 예루살렘아, 일어나서 앉으라. 오, 포로로 잡힌 시온의 딸아, 너의 목에 묶여 있는 것들을 스스로 풀라.

2 Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.

3 이는 주가 이같이 말하기 때문이라. 너희가 아무것도 받지 않고 너희 자신을 팔았으니, 너희는 돈을 내지 않고 구속을 받으리라.

3 For thus saith the LORD, Ye have sold yourselves for nought; and ye shall be redeemed without money.

4 이는 주 하나님이 이같이 말하기 때문이라. 예전에 나의 백성이 이집트에서 체류하고자 거기로 내려갔도다. 그러자 그 아시리아인이 까닭 없이 그들을 압제하였도다.

4 For thus saith the Lord GOD, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.

5 그러므로 이제 주가 말하노라. 나의 백성이 아무것도 받지 않고 잡혀가니, 내가 여기서 무엇을 가지겠느냐? 주가 말하노라. 그들을 다스리는 자들이 그들을 울부짖게 만드는도다. 그런즉 나의 이름이 날마다 끊임없이 모독을 받는도다.

5 Now therefore, what have I here, saith the LORD, that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them make them to howl, saith the LORD; and my name continually every day is blasphemed.

6 그러므로 나의 백성이 내 이름을 알게 되리라. 그러므로 그날에 그들은 알게 되리니, 곧 나는 말하는 그라는 것이라. 보라, 그것은 나니라.

6 Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I.

7 ¶ 좋은 소식들을 가져오고 화평을 공표하는 자의 두 발이 산들 위에서 얼마나 아름다운가! 그는 축복의 좋은 소식들을 가져오는 이요, 구원을 공표하는 이요, 시온에게 말하기를, “너의 하나님께서 통치하시는도다.” 하는 이로다!

7 ¶ How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

8 너의 파수꾼들이 목소리를 높일 것이요, 그 목소리로 그들이 함께 노래하리라. 이는 그들이 눈과 눈을 마주 볼 것이기 때문이니, 바로 주께서 시온을 다시 데려오실 때라.

8 Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion.

9 ¶ 너희, 예루살렘의 불모지가 된 곳들아, 즐거움으로 환호를 터뜨리라. 함께 노래하라. 이는 주께서 자신의 백성을 위로하셨기 때문이니, 그분께서 예루살렘을 구속하셨도다.

9 ¶ Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.

10 주께서 모든 민족들의 눈에서 그분의 거룩하신 팔을 드러내셨으니, 땅의 모든 끝들이 우리 하나님의 구원을 보리라.

10 The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

11 ¶ 너희는 떠나라, 너희는 떠나라. 너희는 거기에서 나가라. 불결한 것을 만지지 말라. 너희는 그녀의 한가운데서 나가라. 주의 기물들을 짊어지는 너희는 정결하게 되라.

11 ¶ Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.

12 이는 너희가 서둘러 나가지 아니할 것이요, 도피에 의하여 가지도 아니할 것이기 때문이요, 주께서 너희보다 앞장서서 가실 것이기 때문이라. 그리고 이스라엘의 하나님께서 너희의 후위대가 되시리라.

12 For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rereward.

13 ¶ 보라, 내 종이 신중하게 처신하리니, 그가 크게 높여지고 칭송을 받아 아주 고귀하게 되리라.

13 ¶ Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.

14 많은 이들이 너를 보고 경악하였던 것과 같이 그의 안면은 어떤 사람보다도 더 심히 손상되었나니, 그의 형체는 사람들의 아들들보다 더 손상되었도다.

14 As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:

15 그렇게 하여 그가 많은 민족들을 뿌리리라. 왕들은 그를 향하여 자신들의 입을 닫으리라. 이는 그들에게 알려지지 아니한 것을 그들이 볼 것이요, 그들이 지금까지 들어보지 못한 것을 그들이 숙고하게 될 것이기 때문이라.

15 So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider.
