<To the chief Musician upon Muthlabben, A Psalm of David.>
1 오, 주여, 제가 저의 온 마음으로 당신을 찬송하겠나이다. 제가 당신의 경탄스러운 역사들을 알리겠나이다.
1 I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.
2 제가 당신을 반가워하고 크게 기뻐하나이다. 오, 지극히 높으신 당신이여, 제가 당신의 이름을 향한 찬송을 노래하겠나이다.
2 I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.
3 저의 원수들이 물러나게 되는 때 그들은 당신의 면전에서 쓰러지고 패망하리이다.
3 When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence.
4 이는 당신께서 저의 권리와 저의 송사를 옹호하셨기 때문이니이다. 당신께서는 보좌에 앉으시어 바르게 심판하셨나이다.
4 For thou hast maintained my right and my cause; thou satest in the throne judging right.
5 당신께서 이교도들을 꾸짖으셨나이다. 당신께서 사악한 자들을 멸하셨나이다. 당신께서 영원무궁토록 그들의 이름을 지우셨나이다.
5 Thou hast rebuked the heathen, thou hast destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out their name for ever and ever.
6 오, 너, 원수야, 멸망들이 영속적인 종말로 치닫는도다. 그런즉 당신께서는 도시들을 멸하셨으니, 그곳들에 대한 기념이 그들과 함께 멸절되나이다.
6 O thou enemy, destructions are come to a perpetual end: and thou hast destroyed cities; their memorial is perished with them.
7 그러나 주께서는 영원토록 존속하시리니, 그분께서 심판을 위하여 자신의 보좌를 예비하셨도다.
7 But the LORD shall endure for ever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment.
8 그리하여 그분께서 세상을 의로 심판하시리라. 그분께서 백성을 위하여 올바르게 심판을 내리시리라.
8 And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.
9 주께서 또한 압제받는 자들을 위하여 피난처가 되실 것이요, 곤경의 때들에 피난처가 되시리라.
9 The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.
10 그런즉 당신의 이름을 아는 자들은 자신들의 신뢰를 당신께 두리이다. 이는 주여, 당신께서 당신을 찾는 자들을 저버리지 아니하셨기 때문이니이다.
10 And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
11 시온에 거하시는 주께 찬송들을 노래하라. 백성 가운데 그분의 행사들을 선언하라.
11 Sing praises to the LORD, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his doings.
12 그분께서 피로 인하여 조사하실 때 친히 그들을 기억하시는도다. 그분께서 겸손한 자의 부르짖음을 잊지 아니하시는도다.
12 When he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth them: he forgetteth not the cry of the humble.
13 오, 주여, 제게 자비를 베푸소서. 사망의 대문들로부터 저를 들어 올리시는 당신께서 저를 증오하는 자들에게서 고통받는 저의 곤경을 숙고하여 주소서.
13 Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death:
14 이는 제가 당신의 찬송을 모두 시온의 딸의 대문들 안에서 알리려 함이니이다. 제가 당신의 구원을 크게 기뻐하겠나이다.
14 That I may shew forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in thy salvation.
15 이교도들은 자신들이 만든 구렁 속으로 가라앉는도다. 자신들이 숨긴 그물 속에 그들 자신의 발이 걸리는도다.
15 The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.
16 주께서는 그분께서 집행하시는 심판으로 알려지시는도다. 사악한 자는 자기 자신의 두 손이 행한 일로 올무에 걸리는도다. 힉가이온. 셀라.
16 The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.
17 사악한 자들은 지옥으로 돌려질 것이요, 하나님을 잊어버리는 모든 민족들도 지옥으로 돌려지리라.
17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.
18 이는 빈곤한 자가 항상 잊히지는 아니할 것이요, 가난한 자들의 기대가 영원토록 사라지지는 아니할 것이기 때문이라.
18 For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.
19 오, 주여, 일어나소서. 사람이 승리하지 못하게 하소서. 이교도들이 당신의 목전에서 심판받게 하소서.
19 Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight.
20 오, 주여, 그들을 두려움 가운데 두소서. 이로써 민족들로 하여금 자신들이 사람들에 불과하다는 것을 알게 하소서. 셀라.
20 Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.
